1️⃣ Introduction 🚀

Welcome to our DarkRP server store! 🎮 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, game servers, and digital purchases (including ranks, VIP packages, and in-game items). By using our services, you explicitly agree ✅ to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using our services immediately. Continuing to use our services constitutes your full acceptance of all rules, restrictions, and policies outlined here.

2️⃣ Definitions 📖

👥 "We", "us", "our" – the operators and owners of this website and DarkRP servers.
🙋 "You", "your" – the player, customer, or visitor accessing our services.
⚙️ "Services" – all features, functionalities, and offerings on our website and DarkRP servers, including the store, server access, and support channels.
🎁 "Package" – any in-game item, rank, VIP access, or service purchased through our store. Packages are digital and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
🖥️ "Server" – our DarkRP servers on which purchased packages and services apply, including all current and future servers under our management.
⚠️ "Misuse / Abuse" – includes, but is not limited to: exploiting bugs or glitches, harassing other players, using multiple accounts to gain advantage, attempting to reverse engineer or hack our services, or engaging in any activity that violates these Terms.

3️⃣ Age Requirement 🔞

18+ years old: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase packages without restriction. This ensures compliance with legal requirements for online purchases.
16–17 years old: You may only purchase with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. Proof of consent may be requested at any time.
Under 16: You are strictly prohibited from making any purchases on this website.
Falsifying your age or bypassing rules: Using someone else’s account, lying about your age, or circumventing these rules will result in a permanent ban on all current and future servers.
Confirmation: By attempting to make a purchase, you certify that you meet the minimum age requirements or have obtained proper consent where applicable.

4️⃣ Account & Steam Login 🔑

Valid Steam account required: All purchases require a valid Steam account linked to our DarkRP servers. Ensure your account is active and correctly linked before purchasing.
Use correct account: You must use the Steam account that will receive the package; packages cannot be transferred to other accounts unless explicitly allowed.
Account security: You are solely responsible for securing your account. Use strong passwords, enable Steam Guard, and do not share login information.
Responsibility for compromised accounts: We are not responsible for stolen or compromised accounts resulting from weak security or account sharing.
Lost packages: If your account is compromised due to violation of these rules, we reserve the right to deny any claims for lost packages or services.

5️⃣ Purchases & Payments 💳

💰 All sales are final: Once you complete a purchase, it cannot be refunded for any reason, unless specifically required by law. Please double-check your selection before confirming your order.
🎮 Digital items: Packages have no real-world monetary value. Purchasing a package only grants access to in-game features or content and does not constitute ownership of physical goods.
🚫 Chargebacks & disputes: Any attempt to dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback will result in a permanent ban on all current and future servers and may involve legal action.
🛠️ Package updates: We may modify, balance, or remove packages at any time to maintain a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Such changes do not entitle you to a refund.
📌 No unauthorized transfers: Packages cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to other users without explicit permission. Unauthorized transfer attempts may result in suspension or permanent ban.

6️⃣ Delivery of Packages 📦

Automatic delivery: Packages (ranks, VIP access, in-game items) are typically delivered automatically within a few minutes after purchase.
Account verification: All transactions are logged with SteamID, IP address, and timestamp to prevent fraud and ensure accountability.
Delivery delays: If a package does not arrive within 24 hours, contact us via official support channels (Discord). Delays may occur due to technical issues or server maintenance.
No liability for delays: While we make every effort to deliver packages promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by technical problems or third-party services.

7️⃣ User Conduct & Misuse ⚖️

🐞 Exploit bugs, glitches, or unfair game mechanics to gain advantage.
🚫 Harass, intimidate, or disrupt other players in any way.
🤖 Use automation, scripts, bots, or multiple accounts to manipulate gameplay or services.
📤 Resell, transfer, or share purchased packages without explicit permission.
💰 Attempt fraud, including chargebacks, stolen payment methods, or manipulation of our store.
💥 Hack, grief, or intentionally disrupt the in-game economy, servers, or gameplay mechanics.

❗ Violation of any conduct rule may result in a permanent ban on all current and future servers without refund. We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or ban accounts when misuse is suspected, even if the activity is not explicitly listed here.

8️⃣ Refund & Chargeback Policy 🔄

🚫 All purchases are non-refundable.
💳 Any attempt to dispute a payment or initiate a chargeback will result in:
- Immediate permanent ban on all current and future servers.
- Legal action to recover funds, fees, and associated costs.
- Loss of any purchased packages and access to services.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that there are no exceptions outside those required by applicable law.

9️⃣ Server & Technical Disclaimer ⚠️

Our DarkRP servers may experience downtime, maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues at any time without prior notice.
We are not responsible for lost progress, in-game items, access, or other damages resulting from server issues or third-party service interruptions (e.g., Steam, PayPal, Discord).
All users access our services entirely at their own risk.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain services and resolve issues promptly, but cannot guarantee outcomes.

🔟 Suspicion of Fraud / Abuse 🛡️

Temporary suspension of purchases or server access may occur if suspicious activity is detected.
Suspicious activity includes payment fraud, multi-account usage, bypassing rules, or any misuse of services.
Confirmed abuse will result in a permanent ban on all current and future servers and may involve legal action.

It is your responsibility to review updated Terms before making purchases or using services.
