We reserve the right to modify the Server Rules at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Server Rules to stay informed of any changes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and server, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JealousRP or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our permission.

6.1 JealousRP's Intellectual Property Rights

JealousRP owns or has license to use all intellectual property rights in our services and content, including:

  • Trademarks, logos, and branding materials
  • Website design, layout, and graphical elements
  • Custom server scripts, addons, and modifications
  • Original content created by our team
  • Databases and compiled information

6.2 Limited License to Users

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, WILL BE AVAILABLE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JealousRP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL JEALOUSRP OR ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF:

  • YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SERVICES
  • ANY MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR DISCONTINUANCE OF OUR SERVICES
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA
  • DELETION, CORRUPTION, OR FAILURE TO STORE CONTENT OR COMMUNICATIONS
  • STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF THIRD PARTIES ON OUR SERVICES
  • ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO OUR SERVICES

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold JealousRP and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these Terms of Service.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.
